SARWAN Wholesale sells wholesale footwear by carton. We have a 30-day return request period, which means you must contact us within 30 days after receiving your order if you want to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email zwakmanllc@gmail.com before sending any goods back. Please include your order number, the product model, quantity, and the reason for the return.

Do not send a return before it has been approved.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect goods
