Shipping Policy

SARWAN Wholesale ships wholesale footwear from Yiwu, Zhejiang, China to countries and regions available at checkout.

Order quantity
Our footwear is sold by carton. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, 1 carton contains 30 pairs. Customers may combine different qualifying products and designs in the same order.

Shipping cost
Shipping is charged at US$5 per pair.

For a standard 30-pair carton:

30 pairs × US$5 = US$150 shipping per carton

Shipping charges are calculated according to the total number of pairs/cartons in the order and are shown during checkout.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 30–45 days from China.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customs clearance, destination-country procedures, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping carriers
Orders are generally shipped using DHL or FedEx where available. Another suitable logistics provider may be used when required for the destination.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Customs duties and import taxes
Product and shipping prices do not include destination-country customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges unless specifically stated at checkout.

The customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance requirements, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number, and other information required for delivery.

SARWAN Wholesale is not responsible for additional costs or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
